Well here it is, Thank you for giving my wife and I such a good deal. We had saved for months and months to afford to pay cash for a vehicle. It was something that we had been patiently waiting to purchase for awhile. I found the white 2008 GMC Acadia online, called and the Owner graciously agreed to meet me at 8:30pm that evening. I showed up expecting the car to be just like every other time you go to see a car that is advertised online (not everything it was made up to be). However, this was not the case. The vehicle was cleaner than advertised, which I thought would be impossible. The customer service was incredible and the purchase process couldn't have been easier. I purchased a used Mercedes CLK500 from this dealer. The purchasing process was pretty fast once financing was secured. The paperwork was ready and all I had to do is sign. From beginning to end, it probably lasted an hour. Now, what stands this dealership above the rest is their customer service. I had two issues while purchasing this vehicle. The center console compartment was broken and just laid on top. The owner quickly got his techs out there and fixed the console immediately. The second issue was a little bigger. In the listing of the vehicle, it stated that this vehicle had GPS, DVD, CD, and backup camera. However, I was warned before I even test-drove this vehicle is that the head unit didn't work at all. At first, I admit, I was weary because the vehicle was sold "As Is". So, he could have blown me off and left the head unit broken. He was legally protected by the As Is label. However, the owner was honest and fair and promised me that he'd replace the head unit for me.... free of charge. Honestly, the process to replace the head unit took a little time, but the owner kept up good communication with me and kept me updated with the progress. The owner purchased my head unit and installed it for me with no cost to me. The owner (and the rest of his staff) display excellent customer service. Their integrity and honesty out-matches any competition out there. I appreciate the utmost professionalism from this dealer. If this situation was experienced at some other dealers around town, they would have easily scammed me out and I would have to dish out more money for my own head unit. However, this dealership kept their promises and held up to their end of the deal. More important than getting that sale is to keep that customer. The goal is the repeat-purchase. That is the key piece to a successful customer base. These guys know how to do that. Their goal to keep the customer happy will result in customer referrals and additional business. THAT is what this dealership is about. The vehicles here at this dealership are higher-rated vehicles like Mercedes, Lexus, and Porsche. I can definitely see myself returning to this dealership in the future for my next vehicle. For all the potential customers out there.... My situation could have turned very ugly quickly. But because of the integrity and professionalism of this dealership, my overall experience with Executive Motors turned out to be an enjoyable situation. I recommend this dealership and can vouch for them that you will receive a good deal on a quality used vehicle.

Last month I purchased a 2011 Lexus RX 350 from Kyle at Executive Automotive in Lee's Summit. It was far and beyond the best car buying experience I have had in my 59 years. After spending a full weekend shopping the inventories of the mainstream dealerships in our area, I came to Executive Auto found the Lexus I was looking for and was amazed that their prices beat the dealerships by about 5-10% on exact models I had test driven. And without all the manipulation / hassle / aggravation that is involved with purchasing a car at most dealerships (test drive, here's the price, counter offer, counter counter offer, "let me go get my manager..." hogwash!). Kyle's selection of QUALITY automobiles was better than that of the dealerships in our area. After a test drive and few minutes of pleasant conversation we had the purchase completed. I will always come here first in the future when looking for another automobile. And I have to say his website is also very nice. No fuss. No muss. Just great cars and a LOT of photos! The last thing I have to comment on is Kyle's honesty. What a pleasure to find someone who you know cares about future relationships in this business. I have already taken a small stack of his business cards and have handed them out to some of my closest friends and family. JUST GOOD STUFF!

We have known about Kyle for some time and heard many good things about him and his business. We went looking for a car about a year ago and were not quite ready to buy at that time.
